At the 3rd annual RISER conference from 6.-7.09.2007 in Budapest participants from more than 10 countries dicussed the actual situation of European civil registration. The conference program offered a wide range of topics:

Requirements of business and administration in cross-border address verification were as well under focus than modern civil registration in south/eastern Europe and cross-border enforcement of national privacy protection regulations.
