RISER ID Services GmbH is the leading source for address verification in official registers in Europe. RISER processes personal data in line with article 11 of the German Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) and the European Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC. The processing of personal data only takes place on behalf of our customers which have proof the necessary legal interest for the data.

 

In the processing of personal information we adhere to the highest standards in IT-Security and privacy protection which ensures the integrity of the data. RISER ID Services GmbH do not keep databases of personal data and have transparent data processing procedures whereby personal data information submitted by a customer is forwarded to the relevant register and no data is disclosed to third parties.

 

RISER is ‘Best-Practice’ for cross-border processing of personal data. To continuously improve the privacy and IT-security measures RISER consults with the Independent Centre of Privacy Protection of Schleswig-Holstein (Germany).
