European eTen programme
From 2003 to 2010 RISER was supported by the European Commission within the eTEN programme. RISER reached the aim to establish itself as a sustainable trans-European eGovernment service with a focus on the enlargement of the service to further countries. The project consisted of an international consortium including participants from the member states Austria, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Poland and Slovenia. The project was co-ordinated by the RISER ID Services GmbH.
